Host was very welcoming and available. Provided plenty of instruction to find the place and was there to greet me on late. Very central, lots going on in the area but then very quiet overnight - had a great sleep, nice hot shower.

Our host was very friendly, the check-in and check-out went super fluid as our host was very flexible. The room and bathroom were very clean. Close to nice non-touristic areas in Paris which is what we came for.

The host was excellent. He cleaned the bathroom every day, and ensured that we had all the instructions we needed to arrive safely at the B&B on check-in day.
