the front desk is 24/7, so as I had to check in late there was someone at the counter to assist me. The locker under the bed is really big and I could fit a backpack and luggage inside. The toilets were really clean and even had shower soap available.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. Young people, brilliant coffee and comfortable beds. The washrooms and showers were also very clean.

The location of this hostel is very good. It is near Porte de Clignancourt metro station, which is one of the ends of M4 line, 5 stops from Gare du Nord. The staff are very kind, and the facility in this hostel is very good. For example, each dorm has its own toilet and shower room. You don't need a lock for your box. The room door and box are digitally controlled.
