The property location was amazing. A short walk away from arc de triomphe. The staff were amazing and so helpful. There respond instantly and assist with any questions. I would recommend this property.

We booked this apartment to be close to the start and finish of the Paris Marathon – and it was a winner on that score! As advertised, it was superbly located within quick walking distance of the Arc de Triumph and the CdG-Etoile metro station. In a traditional Parisian residential block, with a massive front door and then a passageway through to several internal blocks, it was very quiet indeed even though it is on a “Grande Boulevard”. There is a MonoPrix around the corner and some nice bakeries and pavement cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very large indeed by Parisian standards, with very high ceilings, wooden floors and large traditional windows with shutters (and curtains in the bedrooms). Its on the second floor accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase but also miraculously, a small one person lift (which makes carrying luggage so much easier and was a gift for post- marathon athletes!). The beds were very comfortable and large, bedlinen was good and pillows were French..ie square, lumpy and not great ☹. The large L-shaped sofa/sofabed was comfortable but couldn’t fit all occupants if you had the full house of 8 people and there were no other chairs apart from the dining table (which was also very large and did have enough seats). The tv was great and the wifi was strong. The bathroom was very modern, great shower and two basins. Appreciated Full size fridge, a microwave and a working stovetop/hob and oven. The Nespresso coffee machine (and a few welcome pods) was appreciated. The apartment felt fresh and clean, even though it is an old, character filled building.

The apartment was located beautifully. Stone throw from Arc de Triomphe. Good local shops and restaurants around. Nice and quiet for the family.
