The room size was adequate, it was cleaned and the bed was made every day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, being very close to both Gare du Nord (the Eurostar teminus) and Gare de l'Est - both stations for Metro, RER,bus stops & taxi ranks. We were on the top (6th) floor, so did not have any problem with noise, but all the rooms face a side street not the main road, so it's unlikely that any of the rooms would be noisy. Good wifi included in the room cost.

It was a cozy quaint boutique hotel. We came in at Guddu Nord, so it was very convenient. Just a short walk to the hotel. Breakfast was included and it was a very good breakfast with plenty of variety.
