Location was fantastic - 3 min walk to the train station which can take you anywhere you need. a few restaurants around in walking location. The staff were lovely and always up for a chat, and we felt very safe overnight knowing someone was at the desk. We were told last minute the bathroom and bedroom did not have a door, and we asked last minute to be swapped into a room with a seperate bathroom and request was fulfilled with no issues. Rooms and bed were made up everyday and new towels which was great.

Location was really close to bars & restaurants and the Metro line 4 also Power Shower was really good

The members of staff are extremely kind and welcoming. The were available to help with any request. The lady at reception desk - Miaella is extremely kind and professional.
