great communication with staff before check in. Great location just behind the Louvre. Very clean with good facilities. Comfortable beds and great toiletries, towels and bed linen. Air conditioning that worked. Place to store luggage after checkout. Informative welcome pack giving useful tips on restaurants, etc. Parisienne bakery just around the corner for morning croissants.

Excellent location, lovely apartment. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. With hot weather, we really appreciated the air con. Staff very friendly with excellent local knowledge.
