For a trip to Paris on a small budget this would be a good place to stay. The apartment was roomy and clean and the kitchen facilities adequate- although we were not planning on cooking. The location is good and not too far from Balad where you can get a Metro in Paris central (12-15minute walk). There are cafes and shops in the vicinity. The staff are friendly and helpful. The night staff - Gianni- was amazing and helped me and my friend with an issue that could potentially have become more serious. He handed it with patience and calm authority despite there being other issues to contend with - it was an unusually busy night! Overall, a great budget hotel.

We stayled 8th floor but the water pressure like shower was enough and there was no issue at all.

Our stay was nice. Perfect for family . The place is convenient near in bus. Tram, metro stations, grocery store and restaurants. The staffs are friendly and accommodating also.
