This hotel has amazing staff (and is not understaffed, like many other hotels in Paris). There is always someone who can help you. The location is fantastic and the rooms have everything you need. Our room (superior) had a fantastic balcony. There are a lot of extras you can use (free coffee, umbrella on loan, etc.). We stayed in many hotels in this area, and this one is clearly the best.

Very close to train station Guare de Lyon, easy 5 minute walk. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Rooms recently refurbished / renovated and nicely decorated. On the small side but has everything you need. Elevator available. Rooms appeared wel sound proofed and windows insulated, no noise from street. Room was individually airconditioned. Recommend adjacent restaurant L’Etincelle for dinner!
