Apartment Overview

The Cycladic-style Magginas Studios is situated just a few metres from the beach and close to Parikia town centre. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and private balcony.

Super friendly host, picked up from the port and gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment was clean and very well located

Huge, very clean room (just like the photos) and the location was super close to great restaurants, supermarkets and other general stores. Clothes line on the balcony was a good little bonus and the shower is really good water pressure and hot water. Spyros is the most amazing host offering all his knowledge of the local restaurants and transport as well. Thank you Spyros!!

This is a great place to stay near the beach and town. Rooms were comfortable, clean and the patio was lovely! The hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place - very close to Parikia’s centre, ferry port, so basically you don’t need a car when you’re staying here. The host is super friendly, ready to help and answers all questions you may have. Beach is 100meters from the apartment with stunning sunsets. I hope we will come back here one day :)
