Practicly new. Spotless. Very modern and missing nothing. Shower: great water pressure, both as handheld and rain head. Modern fixtures. Beds: the right firmness both are North American Queen or larger sized. Kitchen: has all items except dishwasher which you don't need. And still a place to sit and eat for 4+ Comfortable living room area and large TV which you cam stream to amd from. Clothes hanging for drying amd stunning hill views. Location: to me a very high positive. You are within a 3 to 7 min drive of all Parga town markets, beaches and sites. You have parking here at LefkoParga. Parga is a hard town to park in. Very limited road parking available. While LefkoParga is up a high incline rough road hill, after a few times you get used to it and cherish the privacy it gives you. For athletic people, you can walk to the town after 7 min navigating the hill climb/descent or you drive and look for parking. The kids loved having their own space up at the top floor and we had the same on our own bedroom with walkout. Good AC amd washing machine plus a lock box in one bedroom. Thank you to the owner, very easy to chat with in English or Greek by WhatsApp. He brought us coffees and treats for the kids just to meet us and make sure we have no problems. He even brought us two chargers for our devices. My wife and I enjoyed our chat with him, we dont come to Greece just for beaches and to see old places, we come to absorb the land, air and it's people. He is a great person, it comes through in our chat and in the work he put into LefkoParga. Well done.

The property is brand new. Extremely clean and has everything that you may need. Located in a quiet area with unlimited view.

The apartment is very spacious. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. There is convenient parking. The host is very hospitable.

The host was available and helpful throughout our stay. The villa had a great view from the top of a hill. Location is a bit challenging for everyday by foot outings but by car more than accessible. Clean and calm. Perfect for holidays, or just some rest.
