I arrived and booked last minute , the host arranged a key for me from the safe and it was easy to access the room. The Host was an amazing lady, she was very polite , nice and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Brocki's is at good as it gets in Parchim. Search no further. Extremely friendly service. Decent breakfast. Clean and close to center. For a stay in that area of Germany a bit away from the tourist centers and the cost Brocki's is a serious offer.
