The garden is a lovely place for the buffet breakfast which was ample with a moderate variety of buns, cakes and fruit. Shower, aircon and fan worked well. Large double bed was good for two people. Value for money was mid-scale.

This pousada is a real gem in a quiet street on the immediate edge of the historic center. We received a warm welcome by the owner and her daughter. Right away we felt at home in this beautifully kept, very clean and charming oasis. The language barrier was overcome with kind effort and we were given thorough information about the place. There was an incredible attention to detail. From the plants in the little garden, to the lounge area which also served as breakfast place to the room. The room was spacious, clean, bright, furnished with a ceiling fan , Ac and Tv both of which we did not use. The shower, bathroom , sink were in perfect condition and well thought out. Everything worked well. The ladies made big efforts to help us with reservations and were all around nice. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything we wanted. Delicious. I would stay there again and will recommend it to friends. Price/Value very good.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pousada Flor do mar and wish we could've stayed longer. The staff is extremely kind and was putting a lot of effort to help us in every aspect. The breakfast is great and served in the gorgeous courtyard of the pousada. Finally the location couldn't be better as it is towards the end of the historic centre it is super quiet yet close to everything and beautiful bay views are just opposite.Thank you very much!!
