The Pousada is exactly what you see in the photographs: cute, comfortable, homely and peaceful. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and kind, providing not only great customer service but also assisting with any and all queries we had relating to tours and tourism in general. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and into the old town. The room was spacious and clean with a tiny fridge, air conditioning and private bathroom. The pool was clean and had tables and chairs out to enjoy in the sunshine. The buffet breakfast provided was very tasty. There were several types of cakes, breads, freshly squeezed juices and fruits available, along with fresh scrambled eggs and sausages (hot dog type sausages).

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, simple yet good breakfast, fantastic location. It suited my needs. The only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror in the room.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and staff, who truly made our experience exceptional. The breakfast was both varied and delicious. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and overall comfort.
