Great staff. Comfortable rooms that were good value for money. I also made good use of the clean swimming pool. There are mosquitos biting my ankles at dawn and dusk so be sure to have repellent

NOT UNDET THE HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY: very loud cars pass over the street in front of the hotel until very late at night.

Historic house, clean, central location, owners were responsive in arranging airport shuttles (US$50) for my 2am arrival, and onward shuttle to Georgetown (US$50 + US$20 ferry).

Location was great and loved the Verandar to sit and relax on. At was very old Suriname which we loved and you could easily walk to everywhere.

The staff were great, very welcoming and accommodating. I was upgraded to an A/C room for free. The garden and little swimming pool were fabulous to relax in. A fridge you can buy cold drinks from. Location is brilliant, right among the wooden houses!

Nice basic accommodation. It's an old building so it's still old fashioned and basic but clean and comfortable in my opinion. The staff was nice and very supportive. The location is very central.

The staff here are amazing!! They really go out of their way to help you. It’s also a great spot to meet some of the most amazing people from all over the world and this is simply because the staff are so nice that they attract the right people. And many people come back because of them. I certainly will. Thanks sooooo much to Samuel and Joanne for everything. You are just amazing!!! Thank you for a lovely stay. I will be back!!

Location was fantastic for my everyday needs. Had a medical emergency and was taken care of as if I was family. Was sad to leave.
