Modern, Immaculate and very spacious villa, quality furnishings throughout and the most comfortable beds ever! Was great to have the washing machine upstairs especially as 6 of us. Kitchen had large fridge freezer. Hob/oven Microwave, toaster, coffee machines, dishwasher everything was home from home . The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms. BBQ area we used. Pool really clean . Owner was only a message away and checked by WhatsApp as to how things were going. His instructions to get to the villa, codes and the transfers each way he arranged were great

Property was very comfortable and clean. Pool was excellent and very clean. Great location for accessing local amenities. Air conditioning in bedrooms was excellent. Master bedroom has lovely balcony with very comfortable furniture and perfect views. Staff were excellent and easily contactable.

Our second time back to this villa, and not our last. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is perfect, about 7 min walk to the bars and restaurants. Supermarket down the road. It's clean inside, and the pool is kept clean throughout our stay. We we're well looked after by George our host. All my family were sad to leave.

This villa is great value for money. The kitchen was well equipped, there was tea and coffee, as well as chilled water in the fridge. There was plenty of dining space inside and several areas outside to choose from. The pool has the sun on it all day, and was clean and refreshing, and a sound system which was a bonus. The views were great, on all levels, especially the roof garden, from the sea, to St.Elias, sun rise and sunset. The location was great, although we hired a car, you wouldn’t need to, as the Protaras strip and beach is approx. 5-10min walk, and there is a regular bus services to many places. The host, George, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
