The place looks historical with the pleasant atmosphere, rooms are fine in size & well designed, the food was delicious well taste & the stuff we cheerful and supportive. Thanks for your effort..

The staff were great. On the day we arrived 13th April around 2PM, we were met by a really nice guy at reception with brown hair. His English was great and he was incredibly helpful as it was the first time me and my partner had visited. The room was very clean and our time was good.

I forgot my reservation with half board, and had dinner before arrival. My suggestion is that hotel should remind customer the last order time of restaurant for late arrival. I had a similar experience in Dolomites when I was driving to the hotel with a late arrival.
