The environment is absolutely beautiful, nice garden, nice tents, good swimming pool. And we woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning because of an elephant in front of our tent. Amazing encounter ! And the entrance of the National Park is not far away. You enter the park from the North, just in the middle of all animals.

Jimmy, the manager, was amazing. Very welcoming and patient with us. We were a large group with lots of requirements and Jimmy tried to accommodate and help us as much as he could. He arranged local game rangers and a boat ride for us, which we greatly appreciated. The national park is only 15 min drive from the lodge, which was very convenient The lodges were cleaned each day. We enjoyed the food, steak was amazing. The breakfast was lovely and evening three meal dinners were very enjoyable,

We loved our stay at Bwana Tembo Safari Camp. The food was good, the staff very friendly and accommodating. And the elephants that came at night, what a great experience <3

Good location. Very nice staff from the night watchmen to all-around-managers, welcoming, efficient... Nice Italian food. It is a somewhat rustic place, but we came for safari not searching luxury, so a hot shower and a roof over our head is enough.
