If you do not receive the Keysafe code 2 days prior to arrival, please contact Greenacres Cottages for the code.For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.Furthermore, charges will be made if the property is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.Please note images are representative of the cottage types but each is individually styled.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The house has everything you need. Very good for anyone with mobility issues. My dad had the comfy sofa bed, there is a shower/toilet downstairs, so he didn't need to contend with any stairs. The views are amazing. Very close to the Eden project. Recommend the Britannia inn restaurant.

Great location for touring Cornwall. Beautiful rural outlook yet only minutes by car to amenities. Very quite and high quality accommodation.
