Location was fantastic. Close to play area so children could play and we could see them from the window while inside of cooking. Close to some lovely harbours and beaches. Good amount of things to do onsite if you didn't want to go far. Some nice places to eat locally and a fantastic fish and chip shop down the road. Owners very helpful in sorting keys as we had a delayed arrival. Also left teas, coffee and other bits for arrival which was a nice touch. Thank you 😊 Would stay again if just the 4 of us not 5/6 as a little cramped. (2 adults, elderly parent and 2 kids) or would need to take air bed as sofa bed not ideal for 2 adults. Well equipped with bed linen, plates and cups etc also hangers in the wardrobes which was helpful. Great value for money. Thank you 😊

Very comfortable beds. Nice gas fire. Plenty of space for two adults and two children. Mere feet away from kids slide and swings. 1 minute walk from pool. Pool nice and warm. Fantastic south coast location for the likes of Fowey and Polperro. Host provided milk, tea and coffee free for arrival (life saver). Caravan very clean throughout. Everything worked as it should. Ample parking space. Very quiet at night. Will book again.
