Beautiful clean and spacious villa with a lovely modern infinity pool overlooking an incredible view, faces the sunset in the evening. The outdoor decoration is stunning, with automatic lights at night and plenty of places to relax. The property is in a great place, at the top of a hill but within walking distance (10min) to the heart of Kavos. We got quadbikes which helped a lot. The hosts couldn't be more helpful, lovely people who made sure we had what we needed. They also introduced us to a local contact at a close-by hotel, who would be there to help us with absolutely anything. I couldn't recommend this place more. The ideal villa.

The hosts were responsive to every question and very friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them. They gave a great tour of the house and had food and drinks available for us so that we didn't need to go buy groceries until the next day. Great recommendations for restaurants (The Rose Tree and Tomata). The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for a week there and the air conditioning was fabulous, which was much needed during the heat wave. The TV had Netflix for when we needed to escape from the heat, which was nice. Hands down, the best part of the villa is the outdoor area. The pool area and view were amazing and it's where we spent the majority of our time. I would like to note that I picked the villa before I researched the town and Kavos has a reputation for a party town for young kids. I was a bit concerned about that, but we had no issues. We only occasionally could hear some faint music or yelling, but overall, it was peaceful and quiet and private. The partying in town did not affect us at all.

The house was beautiful and especially the outdoor area was a highlight. The pool and the view were indescribable. The equipment of the house is very good, you lack nothing. There was even shampoo and shower gel. The hosts were particularly friendly and provided us with everything we needed for the first few days. There was fruit, toast, first breakfast things and much more as a welcome gift. Really only to be recommended if you want to have a nice holiday.
