The staff all are very friendly and more than whilling to assist you. The food was also great. Big thanks to miss Thekla for helping us she made us feel like home . Waterpark and pools also very good and very good for children and adults .Room got upgraded and thank you to the reception lady who assisted us. All inclusive was also great with plenty of snacks. Overall very satisfied and definitely will visit again .
