Spa opening hours are as follows:
- December to March: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–20:00 and on Sunday: 09:00–17:00.
- April to November: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–17:00.
Kindly note that the indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room are located in our spa. Treatments may be provided outside of these hours.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies may apply.Housekeeping service is provided every three days. The staff couldn't do enough for you. There were one or two small issues with the room and they were very dedicated in their quick and efficient way to resolve it. Everyone who works there seems to just want you to have great experience, I would stay there again. We loved the pools, although described as two outside pools on site + little kids pool, actually because of the two tier design of each pool it actually feels more like 4 pools so plenty of space, although a very family friendly accommodation, it was never loud or noisy.
