The house is very well located, especially for guests who value a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to pleasant walking areas. It is situated close to the beach, which is ideal for walks and picnics rather than typical sunbathing. For a more classic beach experience, the nearby Venus Beach is a better option—it can be reached in a few dozen minutes on foot or quickly by car. The area also offers a very nice promenade, perfect for relaxing walks, and there is a Lidl store nearby, making everyday shopping convenient. There is also a large parking area directly next to the house. The surroundings are quiet and calm. The apartment has air conditioning, and the beds are comfortable.
