The staff were amazing and truly made our stay very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, we had quite a few requests, but the reception team handled everything with a smile and great patience, even though we kept asking for things during the first couple of days. Throughout our stay, the restaurant staff did an exceptional job and genuinely became like friends to us. Our kids absolutely loved them and were always excited to go back for meals. We would especially like to thank Evelyn, Mak, Henry, and Ayushma for making our experience so memorable. The rooms were cleaned daily and, while simple, had everything we needed. The bathroom looked newly renovated and was in great condition. The hotel has a certain charm and clearly has been running for many years, but we had a wonderful time staying there.

I had an exceptional stay and cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding team, especially Manager Victoria, Manager Andreas, and Chef Emad. Each of them consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed, valued, and well cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment to hospitality were evident in every interaction. What stood out most was their thoughtful support for guests from a wide range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. They showed real understanding and respect, tailoring their approach to individual needs with sensitivity and grace. This level of cultural awareness elevated the entire experience. I also want to highlight how safe Cyprus felt throughout my stay. Even given the wider regional situation, there was no visible military presence and absolutely no sense of fear or tension. The atmosphere was calm, relaxed, and welcoming. The local people were cooperative, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience in every respect. I would recommend it without hesitation and look forward to returning.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and caring when my parents had to go to hospital. Went above and beyond expectations, booking taxis and making sure they were both OK. Reception, bar staff and the hotel manager were exceptional. Lots of food options for breakfast. Beds were comfortable and good sized rooms. Entertainment in the evening included bingo and music. Events Staff around in the evenings and by the pool to get guests involved and entertained. Good for families with children and folks who don't want to venture out in the evening. Good cycle and running tracks nearby but i sadly didn't get time to use them.
