Very comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed. Close to beach and eateries. Happily stay there again with a group or as I was, with a work colleague.

It was easy to find & close to the beach & Papamoa plaza. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen area and also the bedrooms.
