It was a very well made hotel. Every corner had attention to detail and was well thought. The staff were amazing and very accommodating!!! Would love to visit again.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We needed to leave before 8 am, and they start serving breakfast at that time. We asked if they could serve us at 7 am and the kitchen staff accepted to come in early just for us! The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. WiFi connection was good. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were given an very good continental breakfast. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the centre. Panzano is adorable! The scenery is breathtaking.

Beautiful room decor, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location, stunning views, free parking across the road, loved the hotel cat. Excellent service all round, would love to come back in the summer when the pool is open as it looked beautiful. Complimentary welcome wine from the dispenser what more could you want.
