Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with information on how to do so and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment.Please note that for booking of Suite - Beach Front, the rate does not include the use of the spa bathtub for the stays of less than 3 days. The fee will be paid directly to the property. For the booking of more than 3 days, there is no extra charge for the spa bath.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location in Ao Yon is fabulous, and the sea view from the room/outside terrace over Khao Kad is gorgeous. The room is very spacious, and kept clean every day. Free parking available, directly outside. All of the staff that we met were helpful/friendly.

Everything from the pool to the room was fantastic. No complaints at all, the room was spotless and cleaned every day. Great location with direct access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Davina Beach Homes in Phuket. It’s a small hotel right by the beach, which makes it feel very private and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace with a beautiful sea view – that was truly the highlight of our stay. For Phuket, it’s a surprisingly quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing away from the busy areas. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.
