The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.The Langkawi Tourism Fee will be changed to RM10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards in line with the Langkawi Municipal Council.For key events, a charge of RM20 per night will apply. Key events include Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. If you have any issues, they deal with them promptly and make sure you are not inconvenienced during your stay. The location is perfect, rooms amazing, beach amazing, and restaurants (particularly the ones by the beach) great for dining with delicious food.

Very nice and big theritory, green and well maintained. Good choice of restaurants for he diner, very good and wide selection of breakfast. Very well equipped room, and generous amount of towels, high quality of toiletries. Small surprises every day from the staff. Excellent staff, and very attentive. From the room window you can enjoy a lot of local fauna(various birds, monkeys etc).
