Staff were super friendly. Ambience was tranquil and serene. Had the best time! Amenities complete and everything was just clean. Breakfast was also good. Nothing extraordinary but still good for the price.

Fantastic rooms - everything you needed was there, with lovely little touches too. Fabulous breakfast and could watch the wildlife in the mangroves whilst you ate.

The place was maintained clean. The bathroom is very clean. The staffs was very2 friendly, polite and trained well by the hotel management. I did have problem with the additional separate room outside the chalet but the staff manage to find alternative solution for us. Appreciate that. Food was nicely prepared based on the menu selection and worth for money. No regret stay here, a must try for those who like clean maintained chalet on top of mangrove area and kind of remove but very near to small town as well. Got Azan sound in mrng and evening from nearby mosque but no prob for me since I m Malaysian.
