The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that Osteria Italian Restaurant and LLawa Dining Lounge are closed until further notice.

Staff were very friendly, although the service went a little down hill at breakfast when the main members of staff weren't there. Plenty of bottle water provided every day. Very quiet at night so had a good nights sleep. Good location for beach and restaurants (Smokey's BBQ was particularly good) and nice bar just outside the accommodation. Breakfast was sufficient with cooked items if you wanted them. All the villas have balconies to sit outside.

10 flats/apartements in nice tropical garden with cool pool. Everything clean. Comfy beds (harder, good for me). A fridge and some kitchen stuff. Breakfast was good, enough local fruit, different varieties of eggs, but really good. 3min to the beach, 10 min walk to the center, 20 min to another beach. For me perfect.
