The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be RM1 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards.For Prestigious Events, Heritage Fee will be RM2 per night applicable during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.Rooftop Restaurant will be closed for upgrades from 1st July for 3 months. A takeaway set breakfast will be provided for all guests during this period.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Clean. Comfortable. Surprisingly quiet although we are in the centre of Cenang Walk. Convenient eateries and activities along Cenang walk. Breakfast is reasonable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The service and staff is really good. We initially got a room that had a bad stench and the heater was not working properly. However, upon request they upgraded us to a better room which didn't have any issues. The staff is very prompt and helpful, compared to all other places I've visited. Rooms are decently sized and big.
