The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I truly appreciated the genuine hospitality from the staff. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to great spots like the Duty Free store, perfect for picking up chocolates as souvenirs. Everything was easy to get to, making our whole stay relaxing and enjoyable. Plus, the hotel provided a free water dispenser.

I stayed at Landcons Hotel & Resort during my visit to Langkawi and found the experience to be generally satisfactory. The hotel provides decent value for money, with a convenient location and acceptable room conditions for short stays.

The location of the hotel is excellent a 3-4 minute walk to Pantai Cenang and 10 min walk to Pantai Tengeh. Restaurants, duty free stores, laundry all nearby and easy to access. We stayed facing the pool so a courtyard type feel. We had a room with a veranda which was very nice. There is a waterpark and pool in the center of the hotel, so there are families and kids playing. The atmosphere is very friendly and secure. Internet wifi connection was excellent which was important for us.
