The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. The forest retreat villa was perfect and all the amenities you would need. Definitely go back and stay in the poolside villa.

We liked the room, singa1. This is the bottomroom, below groundfloor level, what does look a bit "dirty" from the outside. Also it looked like beneath it there is a room for staff. We would have liked the upper rooms betyer, but Singa 1 was spacious and clean, and definately gave the "rainfotest" ambiance. We also liked the staff, very nice, friendly and helpfull people, but some of them did not match with the amount of "stars" and the price of the rooms.

We had a beautiful stay here, our room was superb- amazing sea view in the canopy of the rainforest. Had a bath on our balcony so felt like having a bath in the Forrest with the monkeys and birds. Great vegan breakfast and dinner, super friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us. All smiles and helpful.
