The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The views were superb. The units blend in beautifully with the forests. Treatment of the trees around the unit was superb. Trees were built around and not disturbed. The staff were superb. Nizal, Hazli, Hafiz, Danish, Shahirah, Ummi, Hazim, Prem were all superb. All of them serve with a smile. They are the things that turn an ordinary stay into a memorable stay. Nothing is too hard. House keeping was also superb. The Rimba restaurant breakfast is fantastic, the choice is wide and it's a big breakfast! The coffee is very very good! The views from the Rimba restaurant is spectacular.

We booked a canopy suite and the view was incredible! The bath on the verandah was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were all high quality. The breakfast at the vegan restaurant was good, the pool was the perfect temperature and we got to enjoy watching monkeys play from both the pool, restaurant and our room. Service was outstanding from everyone we met. We were provided a free dessert and free soft drinks in the fridge on arrival. Didn’t provide alcoholic drinks, however you can get these very cheap at local duty free shops and store them in the fridge yourself. Well located - only a short walk to Pantai Tengah, or a short drive to Pantai Cenang. 30min from Kuah. The staff also helped us organise a mangrove tour which was excellent. We visited the Japanese restaurant (Unkaizan) located at the foot of the resort twice during our stay and would also highly recommend!
