We have a pleasant 4 day stay. It is a quiet and laid back place, yet it is near a Moad To Mall near Moada Resort with lots of restaurants to choose from. 7eleven is few steps away. About 100m to the beach. If you want a lively night stroll, you may take a 15min ride @ P250 tuktok fare to Alona Beach. Value for money overall. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends. Special mention to caretakers Jim, Fe and the other guys i forgot the names, for their warmth welcome and hospitable gestures. 👏 👏 👍

The owner was really friendly and let us wash our clothes for a few pesos. The room was not big but comfy and all in all ok.
