The staff are very welcoming, courteous and attentive. We were nicely surprised that the room and bathroom are bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the aircon works fine. We also enjoyed swiming in their pool, the water temperature has a gentle warmth and it's not heavily chlorinated. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Adela.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially the security man who is standing at the door. He doesn’t speak that much english but he is a person with a warm heart. Always friendly always smiling!!!

Friendly staff Great pool (note only half the pool can be used, deeper part is for dive school) Buffet breakfast Clean rooms Free shuttle to Alona beach Aircon and coffee facilities in the room

Everything about the place was perfect, particularly the friendliness of the staff - very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay.
