The staff are friendly. Room is clean and with nice view. The jungle trail walk and the nature conservation center is a MUST. They have spend huge time and effort to protect and reserve the mother nature and wild life. The breakfast and Uncle Lim restaurant food is delicious.

Spectacular location-rainforest meets the jade green equatorial shore. Beautiful architectural details everywhere you look. It’s more expansive than one would think from the pictures. We stayed in an overwater villa in the spa village and the AC was working very well. The friendly proximity of hornbills is a highlight of the experience. Relaxed environment. Emerald Bay is one of the best tropical beaches we have experienced. Definitely go for it if you cherish a tropical chic boutique experience.

We love this resort and keep returning here. The boat ride out is so exciting and the whole family loves the "Bond" like experience. Or White Lotus, if you're more modern. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcome everywhere. The food is excellent but expect local fare, which we love as we want to explore what we can't normally get elsewhere. The resort is very well maintained and we always have the rooms over the sea - Sea Villas, which are exciting, you can hear the waves, wake up to monkeys and hornbills outside.
