The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This was an amazing place to stay. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean, the shower is great. It is near the beach, which was very quiet, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. But the absolute best part is Mr Lin and his wife and their incredible hospitality and kindness. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4 nights. It is a perfect place if you are remote working or if you just want to rest in a place where you will be treated like one of the family. Perfect for families with so much space.. There's an outside dining area and a couple of hammocks and a washing machine you can use. We also did a boat trip which was so much fun with Mr Lin playing his favourite music. We had an amazing stay at Pangkor Homestay. The house itself was huge, could fit so many people if need be, and it was nice and well kept, as well as clean. But what really made the stay, were the lovely host couple. They were so warm and welcoming, and they lived next door, so we would get a chat whenever we left the house. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the supermarket is even closer, great location. The kitchen was such a nice break for us, to be able to cook ourselves.
