The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Guests who require an extra bed will be provided with a mattress. Extra bed charges apply.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nipah Guest house. The hosts were lovely and so kind. The guest house and surrounds were beautifully kept. The pool was great and it was a nice walk to Coral Beach.

The host was amazing, really attentive and made sure you were happy. The pool is lovely and every evening hornbills visit for a feeding. This guesthouse feels quieter compared to some of the other local places to stay which I really liked. Very close to the beach as well. The beachfront comes to life over the weekend.

We stayed here for 4 days and had the most memorable holiday. The place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and COZY with 5-star service and CLEANLINESS that rivals a luxury hotel. The owners, a wonderful husband-and-wife team, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We even had the chance to experience two different types of rooms, both of which were spotless and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely come back again! The owners also provided a truly personalized service — when no taxis were available, they took the initiative to go directly to the taxi stand and arranged one for us to the jetty.
