Good value, property is kept clean, breakfast is basic but good, staff are very nice. No hot water in shower but not really needed as the water is not cold due to day temperature here

Clean , Fridge , hot water jug , cool AC , large bathroom with warm water ( no need hot water shower ) with twin double bed n small sitting verandah .
