We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again I can highlight the cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, excellent breakfast, and a wonderful spa center — one of the best I have ever visited. I would also like to especially mention the staff member who checked us in at reception on March 1 at around 4:00 p.m. — it was one of the most professional hotel welcomes I have ever experienced!

This was a great alternative to the more expensive spa hotels in Serbia. A 20 minute drive from Belgrade, the rooms were cozy and spacious (we had the superior room), the staff friendly and attentive, breakfast was excellent and everything was super clean and comfortable. The spa area was bigger then we expected - a decent medium sized indoor heated pool, about 20 sunbeds and 5-6 tables with chairs, showers, massage rooms, lockers, a bar, and at least 5-6 different saunas. The restaurant was also pleasant and the food was good. We came on a Sunday when there was a buffet style lunch and live Serbian music playing! The parking is also spacious and the center of Pančevo is 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.
