the Hotel Team addressed my pre-arrival request, which arranged the room cleanliness in a perfect condition to my allergies, and the staff are super friendly, they are willing to assist with any issues. Especially thanks to the lady (I forgot the name) with glasses, she always put on a smile to welcome every guest, and appreciated Diego hospitality in accepting any request without hesitation.

Had a very stay at the hotel, the room was clean and big, and the staff was super friendly. They also have a tourist agency they work with and Juan Carlos was super helpful in arranging our trip to San Blas. Breakfast buffet was also good.

Location is ideal, they are so much nearby restaurant to choose from, or you can just eat from the hotel, as their food was amazing!
