The property was very safe and centrally located. The safe was very friendly. The room was clean and serviced everyday. The breakfast was good and changed everyday.

Megapolis is a lovely huge hotel. Very clean and well kept altogether. Service is excellent, the staff was very friendly and always greeted us when passing. Check -in was a little more protracted than expected. I don't know if that was due to our making our reservation through Booking.com, but it was really longer than normal. That being said, the young lady at the desk was extremely pleasant and communicative while we waited. The room was big, very clean and we had a great city view. Breakfast was excellent, great choices and very tasty. Staff in that area were attentive and very pleasant. Dinner in Ciao restaurant was also excellent. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely stay at Megapolis again. The few issues we had with our room did not detract from our experience.

Firstly I always love staying at Megapolis, the rooms are awesome, the view form the 62nd floor in the evening, and the access to the mall next door.
