Aditi “Phone lost, but Las Clementinas and Fabiola came to the rescue”

It was my second time at this property within a short time period. Unfortunately, I had lost my phone and was facing some worst case scenarios as a result. The concierge, Fabiola, walked me to the nearby electronic store for a sim card for my replacement phone. I was given a lot of help for the police report and subsequent visit to the prosecutors office. And when some of my financial accounts got locked, I was graciously trusted to pay when I could. During an incredibly tough week, I honestly felt like this hotel and the staff had my back. Made a sizable difference for what could have been a much worse experience.

Las Clementinas and Fabiola really came through for me during a day gone wrong. I was meant to go on a 3 night trip to San Blas when a fallen lampost caused the trip to be cancelled. After spending half the day at a petrol station, my group had to head back to Panama City. Fabiola managed to get me a clean room with little notice. The luggage I had left in hotel storage was waiting for me in the room as well.

Hotel Las Clementinas is located in ‘Casco Viejo’, set in a beautifully classic colonial-style environment, with French-style balconies, narrow streets, and incredibly friendly people. The adjoining café/restaurant/cocktail bar is a bull’s-eye for breakfast, dinner, and classic cocktails. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in a classic style.
