The fine print
Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking passper unit). You may purchase onsite at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon to Fri 8 to 5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for thirty dollars per pass and wristbands are five dollars a piece (max 4 for this condo under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is excellent, you just go down the elevators and you are already on the beach, the place is very safe and clean, you can be relaxed, since there is no noise, you just have to enjoy the sound of the sea, you have water machines and Ice and laundry is very easy to use. I recommend it to visit.
