The property is in a great location, a short walk from the main sights and a lovely sea walk. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Derek went out of his way to help us with recommendations, and onward travel etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's a homestay in a period house in a calm residential, tree lined neighborhood. Equal distance from city centre and beach, good selection of eating places nearby. The host, Deric is a very nice man, as helpful as could be.

The location was the best! Facilities were good, hot shower, comfortable bed, fridge and kettle with tea/coffee. Breakfast included was delicious, buffet style. The owner was so friendly, polite and helpful. He told us everything in advance so we didnt even need to ask any questions. Highly recommend

Deric was a fantastic host to us, especially as he wasn't feeling his best at the time. We had a large well stocked room with a great outdoor space and Deric's staff were kind and efficient. The property position is quiet, in a lovely residential area, with food options nearby and easy walking to the sights. Deric gave us lots of info, helped with onward travel and was very generous. Best wishes and thank you. Hope Pedro is doing well!
