Overall the stay was excellent and enjoyed with my family. All the staff (at Front desk, Restaurant, Room service, Valet service) were polite and supportive. All or them gave good comfortness during our stay. Room was clean and well maintained.

Our stay at Vivanta, Miramar was truly outstanding from start to finish. The hospitality and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to Cruz, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He provided excellent attention to detail, was extremely helpful, and spoke with such politeness and professionalism that it really stood out. A big thanks also to Uday, who ensured that our breakfast was perfectly served each morning, The ocean view from the 6th floor was simply breathtaking and worth every moment. Waking up to that view was an experience in itself. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a stunning setting. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The staff working at Vivanta was quite friendly, the people at the front desk, security, valets, housekeeping, restaurant staff, they were very hospitable, and we really enjoyed our stay at Vivanta. Thank you.
