Excellent Location, Well maintained property and very hospitable staff. Our experience from reception to checkout was great. The staff took extra care to make our stay pleasant and memorable. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff was very courteous. A special shout out to Aparajita and Delena who made us feel at home.

This is an exceptional hotel with perhaps the best customer service and staff that we have ever come across. We have travelled to every continent in the world in many countries and truly believe this is the highest standard we’ve ever come across. We came here after a very busy few days in the north of India and the peace and calm and tranquility of the hotel was exceptional and so much so that we stayed for an extra two nights. It’s not the cheapest in Goa but certainly if you want a brilliant experience, we would recommend coming here. The food is excellent and I say it again, but the staff cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. The town of Panjim is very near and there is a lot to see there but more importantly the beaches of the north and south are only half an hour away with regular taxis costing about Rs.1000.

Great sea front location Lovely walkway as you leave the hotel on the right. Breakfast spread was delicious! Would like to thank all the staff esp Aprajita, Delana who has the loveliest sarees!
