Great location and Terrence was very helpful in guiding on things to do, places to visit and dining options. He is always prompt in responding to any queries. The staff was also very helpful.

Cute hotel in the centre of Panjim, with great access to casinos, bike hire, Fontainhas - whatever you’re there for. Terrence is also a fantastic host - he can’t help you enough, gave loads of advice on the area and even gave me a lift when I was running late for a tour.

Perfectly located in the middle of Panjim within walking distance of everything. Big room with small balcony, very comfy bed and great A/c. Had the best nights sleep. Terry the manager was really nice and made me feel at home . All in all 10 out of 10. I had a great 4 days.

Really lovely property with super friendly manager. Told us the history of the building and there were lots of lovely pictures of the town. Great location, super comfortable bed too.
