We had a nice room at the front facing the Travertine... excellent view and just a short walk to the town entrance to the World Heritage site. Had a very good meal at the hotel restaurant on the first night. All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to be helpful.

Very cozy place, great location facing the thermal pools and able to view the hot balloon rides in the morning from your balcony! Staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
