RECEPTION HOURS,
Monday to Friday: from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays and holidays: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Outside reception hours, we have boxes to leave the keys to the room/apartment, the client must contact the accommodation to confirm that they will arrive after closing and to receive instructions on check-in.We have daily cleaning of our rooms except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, these days only the common areas are cleaned.
In apartments weekly cleaning for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We booked this room at the very last moment, while walking on Camino frances from Roncesvalles to Pamplona. It is pretty close to the Camino frances route but around 2 km from the city center. In the neighborhoud there are multiple restaurants. It also has balcony and a separate kitchen.

I liked that the room was cozy and it had everything that was needed for a good night sleep. Also, the kitchen was comfortable, it had a fridge, kettle and the tools that could be used to tidy it up. The lady that was at the registration was really nice, she went all the way to show where the flat was. That was nice of her. The flat was clean and well-kept.
